PERFORMANCE MARKETING & PPC FOR NOIDA · GREATER NOIDA

A LEAD ISN’T A DEAL. Noida knows the difference.

I’m Akshit. My team runs Google, Meta, LinkedIn and WhatsApp ads for Noida and Greater Noida brands, judged on qualified leads and closed deals from your CRM, not form fills. We’re based in Gurgaon and work with Noida teams by appointment.

MOST NOIDA AD ACCOUNTS count the wrong thing.

A lot of Noida businesses sell to other businesses. IT and SaaS firms, electronics suppliers, contract manufacturers, logistics companies. Their sales cycle runs for weeks or months, and each deal is worth a lot. Yet their ad accounts are often set up like a consumer brand’s, optimised for the cheapest form fill the platform can find.

You can guess what happens. The cost per lead looks great. Sales calls the leads and finds students, job seekers and the odd competitor. In my experience, it’s the most common reason a B2B founder tells me ads don’t work for them. The ads did exactly what they were told to do.

So we start somewhere else. We agree with your sales team what a qualified lead is. We connect your CRM so Google, Meta and LinkedIn learn which clicks became pipeline and revenue. And we judge every campaign on cost per qualified lead, not cost per lead.

Property and consumer brands here have their own rules. A project ad in Noida needs its UP RERA QR code. Campaigns around Jewar and the Yamuna Expressway need tighter geography than one Delhi NCR radius. We plan for both before a rupee is spent.

One thing to be clear on. We don’t have a Noida office. We’re based in Gurgaon, at WeWork Forum in DLF Cyber City, and we work with Noida brands by appointment, mostly on video. Request an appointment and we’ll open your ad account together.

THE NOIDA AD MARKET, as I see it.

NOIDA, INDIA

Noida’s mix of B2B industry, property and fast-changing geography changes how I plan a budget here. These are the four realities I start from.

01

Property ads carry a QR code here

UP RERA has made it mandatory for promoters to publish the project’s QR code in every advertisement and brochure, so buyers can scan it and check the project on the RERA portal. Noida and Greater Noida projects fall under UP RERA, not Haryana’s. Build the code into every creative before launch.

02

Much of the demand is B2B

Uttar Pradesh makes about 65% of India’s mobile phones and around 55% of its electronics components, centred on the Noida and Greater Noida belt. Many advertisers here sell to procurement teams, dealers or buyers abroad, so campaigns need offline conversions from the CRM, not just form fills.

03

Buyers here shop for lead gen

Google suggests “b2b lead generation company in noida” and “real estate lead generation company in noida” as people type. In my experience, bought leads often reach several sellers at once. Leads from your own campaigns, qualified and fed back to the platform, are slower to build and worth far more.

04

Jewar has changed the geography

Noida International Airport began commercial flights on 15 June 2026, with a cargo hub and a logistics zone aimed at ecommerce players and freight forwarders. Property, hospitality and logistics advertisers now need targeting around the Yamuna Expressway, not one Delhi NCR radius.

WHAT NOIDA FOUNDERS ask me.

REAL QUESTIONS, ANSWERED PROPERLY

Which is the best PPC company in Noida?

The one that agrees a measurable number with you before it starts, keeps the ad accounts in your name, and can explain last week’s decisions in plain language. A ranking won’t tell you that.

Google suggests “top 10 meta ads agency in noida” as people type, and the pages that answer it are mostly written by agencies listing themselves. That’s marketing, not evidence. Judge on what you can check instead.

Ask to see a result for a business like yours, with the timeframe and how it was measured. Ask who will manage your account each week, and speak to that person. Ask how they’ll connect ad results to your CRM or store. Ask what happens to the accounts if you leave. And if you sell B2B, ask how they’d handle a sales cycle that runs for months, because an agency that only knows consumer ecommerce will optimise for the wrong thing.

Good answers are specific and slightly cautious. They talk about tracking, creative, testing and budget moves. Weak answers talk about guaranteed ROAS and how many leads they can get you.

My rule: choose the agency that explains its decisions, not the one that promises outcomes.

How do B2B companies in Noida get leads from ads?

By advertising to the right roles, qualifying hard, and teaching the platforms what a real lead looks like. Volume comes last.

The usual failure goes like this. A Noida IT or manufacturing firm runs Meta lead forms because they’re cheap, collects hundreds of leads, and finds that sales can’t reach most of them. Cheap forms attract students, job seekers and people who tapped by accident. The platform keeps finding more of them, because nobody told it otherwise.

Here’s how I’d set it up. Use Google Search for buyers already looking for what you sell, with tight keywords and negatives for jobs, courses and free tools, since so many Noida searches are job searches. Use LinkedIn when you need to reach specific roles or industries. Add qualifying questions: company, role, requirement, timeline. Then connect your CRM and send back which leads became meetings and deals, so Google and LinkedIn optimise towards those.

Expect a slower start. A B2B account with a few qualified leads a week takes longer to learn than a consumer one. That’s worth the wait when each deal is large.

My rule: count meetings and pipeline, not form fills. If you only count leads, you’ll keep buying the wrong ones.

Do LinkedIn ads work for B2B, or should I use Meta?

LinkedIn usually works better for reaching specific roles and companies. Meta usually works better for volume at a lower cost. For most Noida B2B firms, the answer is both, doing different jobs.

LinkedIn’s strength is targeting by job title, seniority, industry and company. If your buyer is a CIO at a mid-sized company or a procurement head at a manufacturer, it’s the cleanest way to reach them. The cost is the price. In my experience, a LinkedIn click costs several times what a Meta click does, so a small budget runs out before the platform has learned much.

Meta can still work for B2B, especially for retargeting people who already visited your site, and for founders and small business owners, who use Instagram and Facebook like everyone else. Its weakness is precision. You can’t reliably target a job title, so qualification has to happen in the form or the follow-up.

So match the platform to the deal. High-value deals with a narrow group of buyers justify LinkedIn. Lower-value or broad offers often do better on Meta and Google Search. Whatever you run, connect your CRM so each platform learns from deals, not clicks.

My rule: pay LinkedIn prices only when the buyer you need can’t be reached anywhere cheaper.

Should I buy leads from a real estate lead generation company in Noida?

Usually not as your main source. Bought leads are fast, but you rarely know where they came from, how many other sellers received them, or whether the person ever agreed to hear from you.

Google suggests “real estate lead generation company in noida” as people type, and I understand the appeal. Running your own campaigns means creative, tracking, compliance and patience. But the pattern I see with bought leads is predictable: the same buyer gets calls from several brokers in an afternoon, and your team spends the day chasing people who already picked someone else.

Your own campaigns are slower to build and far more valuable. You control the targeting, by sector, corridor or project. You choose the qualifying questions. You can feed outcomes back to Meta and Google so they find more buyers like your real ones. And the consent sits with you, which matters as India’s data protection rules come into force.

Whatever you run in Noida or Greater Noida, follow UP RERA. Every advertisement for a registered project needs its QR code, so buyers can check the project on the RERA portal. Leave it off and you have a compliance risk as well as a trust problem.

My rule: rent leads to test a market if you must, but build your own pipeline to stay in it.

Should I target Noida, Greater Noida and the Yamuna Expressway separately?

Usually, yes. One Delhi NCR radius treats very different buyers as one audience and spends most of your budget where the population is densest, which may not be where your customers are.

People search for agencies in Greater Noida separately from Noida, and they search for homes, clinics, schools and services the same way. Someone in Noida Extension looking for a school isn’t in the same market as someone in Sector 50. And since Noida International Airport began commercial flights in June 2026, the Yamuna Expressway corridor matters more to property, hospitality and logistics advertisers.

Here’s how I’d structure it. Separate campaigns or ad sets for the areas that behave differently, each with its own budget, so one area can’t starve the others. Location targeting set to people in or regularly in the area, rather than people merely interested in it, unless you sell to investors elsewhere. Creative that names the area and its real landmarks. Then compare cost per qualified lead by area every week and move budget to match.

The trade-off is data. Split too finely and each campaign is too small to learn. Start with two or three areas, not ten.

My rule: split by geography when buyers behave differently, and only as far as your conversion volume allows.

Will an agency work on commission or revenue share instead of a fee?

Some will, but it only works when the agency can see and trust your revenue data and has real influence over it. For most B2B and property businesses, a fixed fee tied to an agreed number is cleaner.

I understand why founders ask. You’ve paid fees before and seen nothing, so sharing the risk feels fair. The problem is control. Revenue depends on your pricing, your sales team, your stock and how fast someone follows up a lead. An agency on revenue share either insists on controlling those things or chases the campaigns that bring quick, easy sales and ignores the slower, larger deals.

For a B2B firm with a three-month sales cycle, the maths gets awkward too. Who gets credit for a deal that closed after a trade show, two sales calls and a LinkedIn ad? Arguments about attribution can eat the relationship.

What works better in my experience: a fixed retainer agreed in writing, one number you both track, such as cost per qualified lead or pipeline from paid channels, and a review every quarter. If the number doesn’t move and nobody can explain why, you leave.

We work on a fixed retainer, scoped in writing after an audit, and your ad spend stays on your own card.

My rule: share the goal, not the revenue, unless both sides can see every rupee.

Is a Delhi or Gurgaon agency fine for a Noida business?

Yes, if it understands your market and you can see the work. Your ad accounts don’t know where your agency sits. What they reflect is how well the targeting, tracking and creative fit your buyers.

People often search for Delhi and Noida agencies together, which tells you they already see NCR as one market for hiring. The real risk is an agency that treats Noida as a line in its Delhi plan. Noida has its own property rules under UP RERA, its own B2B industries, and areas like Greater Noida West and the Yamuna Expressway that behave differently from South Delhi or Cyber City.

So test them on that. Ask how they’d split your geography. Ask what a qualified lead means for your business. Ask how they’d handle the QR code on a property ad, or a B2B sales cycle that runs for months.

I’ll be open about us. We’re based in Gurgaon, at WeWork Forum in DLF Cyber City. We don’t have a Noida office, and we won’t pretend to. We work with Noida brands by appointment, mostly on video.

My rule: judge an agency on how well it knows your buyers, not on how close its office is.

How should an electronics manufacturer in Noida use Google Ads?

Narrowly. Bid on the specific product, specification and application searches a buyer uses, keep the campaign away from job and consumer searches, and measure on qualified enquiries, not clicks.

Noida and Greater Noida sit at the centre of a huge electronics manufacturing cluster, and many firms in it sell components, assemblies or contract manufacturing to other businesses. The trap with Google Ads here is broad keywords. A short, generic term for a component pulls in students, repair shops, consumers and job seekers, and you pay for every one of those clicks.

Here’s how I’d build it. Exact and phrase match on the technical terms your buyers use. A long negative list covering jobs, courses, repairs and retail. Landing pages with specifications, certifications, minimum order quantities and lead times. For export buyers, separate campaigns by country, in the language and units they use. Then track enquiries through your CRM and import the ones that became quotes and orders as offline conversions, so the bidding learns from real buyers.

Expect low volume. That’s fine when each order is large. A handful of the right enquiries a month can beat hundreds of the wrong ones.

My rule: in B2B manufacturing, a small audience of real buyers beats a big audience of clicks.
