BEFORE WE TALK, two honest things.

First, where we are. We’re a Gurgaon team, at WeWork Forum in DLF Cyber City. We work with Hyderabad brands by appointment, mostly on video. Ad accounts don’t care where the people running them sit. Your results depend on whether those people understand your market.

Second, what I find in a lot of accounts. Cheap leads reported as success. A ROAS figure from the platform that nobody checked against real sales. Tracking that broke months ago. In more than a decade of paid media, the fix has rarely been a clever hack. It’s been boring discipline, applied every week.

Hyderabad adds its own pressure. Builders are launching far more projects than a year earlier, so property buyers see more ads than ever. Pharma and healthcare brands work inside strict ad rules. And B2B companies selling to the city’s GCCs need the people who sign, not the thousands of employees who happen to click.

The clearest example I have of what discipline compounds into is an ecommerce brand whose Performance Max returns run 27x the industry norm. That didn’t happen on day one. Years of SEO built a warm audience the platforms could find again and again. That’s what I want to build for you: one agreed number, accounts in your name, and a weekly look at what turned into revenue.

THE HYDERABAD AD MARKET, as I see it.

HYDERABAD, INDIA

Hyderabad’s biggest ad spenders sit in categories with real rules and real competition. These are the facts I plan around.

01

Housing supply is outrunning sales

Anarock reports new housing supply in Hyderabad up 120% year on year in Q3 2026, against a 15% rise in sales. More projects chasing the same buyers means pricier, noisier lead generation. Qualification matters more than volume.

02

TG RERA reads your ads

In June 2026, TG RERA fined a developer about ₹759K because a newspaper ad for its project, placed by a plot buyer, left out the registration number. The promoter was still held responsible. Every property ad and landing page needs the number on it.

03

Pharma ads have tight limits

Telangana makes nearly 40% of India’s pharma, yet Google lets pharma manufacturers in India promote only over-the-counter medicines, and online pharmacies need LegitScript certification. Prescription drugs can’t appear in ads or on landing pages.

WHAT HYDERABAD FOUNDERS ask me.

REAL QUESTIONS, ANSWERED PROPERLY

Which is the best performance marketing agency in Hyderabad?

The one that agrees a measurable number with you before it starts, puts every ad account in your name, and explains its decisions in plain language. You won’t find that in a “digital marketing agency hyderabad list”.

Hyderabad has no shortage of agencies, and many lead with awards, follower counts and guaranteed numbers. None of that tells you whether your money will turn into customers. So judge on evidence.

Ask for a result in a category like yours, with a timeframe and how it was measured. Ask who will manage your account each week, and speak to them. Ask how they handle junk leads, and how they connect ad results to your CRM or store. If you’re in real estate, ask how they handle TG RERA details in ads. If you’re in healthcare or pharma, ask which Google certification your account needs. Weak agencies won’t know.

Then ask what happens if you leave. The right answer is that you keep the accounts, the pixel, the audiences and the data.

For honesty, we’re a Gurgaon team that works with Hyderabad brands by appointment, mostly on video. If you need an agency that sits in your office every week, we’re not it.

My rule: choose the agency that explains its decisions, not the one that promises outcomes.

How do I get real estate leads in Hyderabad that actually turn into site visits?

Optimise for site visits and real conversations, not form fills, and filter hard before a lead reaches your sales team. Cheap leads are easy in Hyderabad property. Buyers are not.

The market makes this harder right now. Anarock reported new housing supply in the city up 120% year on year in Q3 2026, while sales rose 15%. More projects are bidding for the same buyers, so cost per lead climbs and the junk share grows. Developers across India also report forms full of fake numbers and people who never meant to buy.

Here’s how I’d set it up. Use a higher-intent form with one or two qualifying questions, such as budget band and configuration, and verify phone numbers. Send leads into your CRM straight away, call within minutes, and mark which ones booked and attended a site visit. Feed those outcomes back to Google and Meta, so the platforms learn what a real buyer looks like. Where it fits, run click-to-WhatsApp ads, because a chat is harder to fake than a form.

Keep the creative factual: locality, configuration, price band, possession timeline and the TG RERA number.

My rule: judge every property campaign on cost per site visit, not cost per lead.

Do real estate ads in Hyderabad need the TG RERA registration number?

Yes. For a registered project, the registration number belongs on every advertisement, and TG RERA enforces it. That covers newspaper ads, hoardings, digital ads and the landing pages they point to.

This isn’t a theoretical risk. In June 2026, TG RERA fined Fortune Infra Developers about ₹759K because a newspaper ad for its registered project left out the registration number and statutory details. The ad had been placed by a plot buyer, not the developer, and the authority still held the promoter responsible. The buyer was fined separately for acting as an agent without registration. In the same report, another developer was fined for marketing a project that wasn’t registered at all.

For paid media, that changes how you work. Put the RERA number and the authority’s website on every creative and landing page. Check ads made by channel partners and brokers, because they carry your project’s name. Don’t run ads for a project before it’s registered, however tempting a pre-launch campaign looks. And keep a record of every live creative, so you can show exactly what ran.

None of this hurts performance. Buyers check RERA numbers, and a clear one builds trust before the first call.

My rule: if an ad can’t carry the RERA number, it shouldn’t run.

Can a pharma company in Hyderabad advertise on Google?

Yes, with limits. Google lets pharmaceutical manufacturers in India promote over-the-counter medicines in line with local law, with certification, and online pharmacies need LegitScript certification. Prescription drugs can’t appear in ads or on landing pages.

That matters in this city more than most. NITI Aayog puts Telangana at nearly 40% of India’s pharma production, with more than 2,000 life sciences companies, so plenty of Hyderabad brands meet these rules sooner or later.

The worry behind the question is usually wasted launches: campaigns stuck in review, or an account suspended for a policy breach. Most of that is avoidable if you plan for it. Get the right certification before you build anything. Check that the landing page, not only the ad, is free of prescription product names. Write factual copy with no cure claims.

For B2B pharma, consumer ads are often the wrong tool anyway. If you sell APIs, contract manufacturing or research services, your buyers are procurement and R&D teams. Google Search on specific capability terms and LinkedIn targeting by function and industry usually work better, with every lead judged on whether it became a real enquiry.

My rule: settle policy and certification first, then spend. A rejected campaign costs you time you don’t get back.

Do Google Ads work for doctors, clinics and hospitals in Hyderabad?

Yes, when they’re built around patients booking, not clicks. Health searches carry high intent, and someone searching for a specialist near them is often ready to book.

The problem is usually what happens after the click. A clinic runs ads, gets calls or forms, and nobody tracks which ones became appointments. Or the front desk is busy and the lead goes cold. Then the account optimises for whatever is easiest to count, and the cost per patient quietly rises.

Here’s how I’d approach it. Run Google Search on specific treatments and specialities by locality, rather than broad terms. Use call ads or click-to-WhatsApp where patients prefer to talk. Track booked appointments, not just enquiries, and send that data back to the platforms. Keep the copy factual, with no promises of outcomes, because health ads get closer review and patients deserve accuracy. Check whether your services need Google’s healthcare certification before launch.

WhatsApp often beats forms here. One of our clients, Niramaya Soul, a telemedicine and lab testing brand, moved from lead forms to WhatsApp conversations. Cost per lead fell by more than 85%, and monthly revenue grew more than 10x.

My rule: measure cost per booked appointment. Everything else is noise.

How do B2B companies in Hyderabad reach decision makers with ads?

Narrow the targeting to the people who sign, and judge campaigns on pipeline, not leads. In Hyderabad that discipline matters more than in most cities.

Here’s why. A FICCI and Anarock report counts about 515 GCCs in the city, employing more than 300K people, and Cushman & Wakefield found Madhapur took 91% of office leasing in Q1 2026. If you sell to those companies, a broad ad aimed at “IT professionals in Hyderabad” reaches thousands of employees and job seekers, and very few buyers. Google even suggests “facebook ads jobs in hyderabad” as you type, which tells you who else is searching.

So we build B2B campaigns tighter. LinkedIn by job function, seniority and company list. Google Search on the problem-specific terms your buyers use, with negative keywords for jobs, training and salaries. Retargeting for people who have already read your case studies. And lead forms that ask the questions your sales team would ask on a first call.

Then we connect the CRM, so we can see which campaigns produced meetings and opportunities, not only form fills.

The trade-off is cost. Tight B2B targeting means a high cost per click. It’s worth it when one deal pays for months of spend.

My rule: count meetings with decision makers. A cheap lead from the wrong person costs more than it looks.

Should I run ads in Telugu for Hyderabad?

Often, yes, for consumer brands, but test it rather than guess. For B2B and most professional services, English usually carries the campaign.

The case for Telugu is simple. It’s Telangana’s official language, Urdu is its second official language, and plenty of Hyderabad buyers are more comfortable reading in either. An ad in a person’s own language can stand out in a feed full of English. For real estate, healthcare, education and retail, that can matter.

The catch is execution. Machine-translated ad copy reads badly and can trip review. The landing page, the WhatsApp reply and the sales call all need to match the ad’s language, or you lose the person at the next step. Meta lets you target by language, but a language setting isn’t the same as a buyer’s preference, so test the creative rather than relying on the setting.

Here’s how I’d test it. Pick one campaign that already works in English. Make Telugu versions of the best two or three creatives, written by a native speaker. Run them against the English versions on the same budget and audience, and compare on qualified leads or sales, not clicks. Do the same for Hindi or Urdu if your customers use them.

My rule: let your own results pick the language, then make every step after the click speak it too.

Should I hire a Facebook ads consultant or an agency in Hyderabad?

Hire for the stage you’re at. A strong consultant is often right for one platform and a modest budget. An agency makes sense when tracking, creative, several platforms and weekly testing all need to work together.

The trade-off is real either way. A consultant gives you a direct line to the person doing the work and a lower fee, but depth and continuity are the risk. If they get busy, your account waits. An agency gives you a team and cover when someone is away, but you can end up paying senior prices for junior work.

Whichever you choose, the same rules protect you. The ad accounts, pixel and Business Manager should be in your name, with you as admin. Ad spend should go on your own card, so the platform invoices you directly with GST, and with your GSTIN on the account you can usually claim input tax credit. The fee should be separate and clear. And you should agree one number up front, measured from your CRM or store.

Ask any candidate how they’d stop fake leads, how they’d use the Conversions API, and what they’d do in the first 30 days. Specific answers are a good sign.

If your spend is small, I’d honestly start with a good consultant. Once a bad week costs real money, a team pays for itself.

My rule: hire the person or team whose weekly decisions you can see.
