Every good conversation about SEO gets to two questions quickly: what will this cost, and what will it bring back? They’re the right questions, and most agencies answer them badly.
Here’s my honest answer. SEO is slow, and it pays back for years if the work is real. Cheap SEO rarely pays back at all, because it buys activity, not enquiries. And the game has changed shape. A procurement manager in Dubai or Germany looking for a denim mill, a chemical grade or an API supplier now often asks ChatGPT or reads Google’s AI Overview. The answer names a handful of companies. That’s the shortlist.
Many of the businesses here are family businesses with decades of reputation offline and a website that says almost nothing a buyer could quote. That gap is the opportunity. I’ve watched it close for an ecommerce brand we’ve worked with for two and a half years. In 2024, AI assistants sent it zero sales. Today AI search is a seven-figure sales channel for it. No trick. Just the boring parts done properly, then made visible to the machines.
I’ll be clear about where we sit. We’re Gurgaon-based, at WeWork Forum in DLF Cyber City, with no office in Ahmedabad. We work with Ahmedabad brands by appointment, mostly on video. Request an appointment, and I’d rather show you your own AI answers on a screen than walk you through a deck.
