Most budgets leak after the click. Funnel is the work that stops it: CRO on every page that matters, tracking that tells the truth, landing pages built for the campaign, a store that converts, WhatsApp and email flows that close and bring people back. Fixed in the order that pays: tracking, offer, delivery cost, trust, then design.
Pixel and server events deduplicated on event_id, GA4 and Shopify reconciled, consent handled. Checked against Shopify’s August 2026 thank-you page change.
02
Diagnosis in the order that pays
Tracking, then offer, then delivery cost, then trust, then design. The leak is usually earlier in that list than the redesign brief assumes.
03
Landing pages built for the campaign
One page per offer and audience, message-matched to the ad and the AI answer that sent the visitor, fast on a phone.
04
Shopify store work
Speed, merchandising, checkout, and the theme and app debt underneath. Rebuild only when that debt blocks speed, tracking or merchandising.
05
WhatsApp and email flows
Abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and lead follow-up that close and bring people back. Strong in India and the UAE; built to each market’s rules.
06
CRM to ad platform
Qualified-lead and closed-deal events sent back to Meta and Google, so the platforms optimise for revenue, not form fills.
07
Tests where volume allows
A/B tests need roughly a couple hundred orders per variant. Below that, research-led fixes beat tests, and we say which one you are getting.
08
You own all of it
Store, code, theme licences, flows and customer lists, in your accounts from day one.
How it runs
THE CLICK IS NOT THE SALE. The order is.
Revenue per session, with GA4 and Shopify reconciled and server events deduplicated on event_id, so the number is the same in every tool that matters. The tracking gap and the attribution gap are reported separately, because they have different fixes.
This practice turns the moment into an order and the order into a repeat. Conversion is reported by step, answer to click to store to order to repeat, so you see where the leak was and whether it closed. Tests get a verdict only when the volume supports one.

DAY 30MOVES FIRST: MATCH RATE · REPORTED PURCHASES
Tracking true, leaks found.
Pixel and server events deduplicated, purchase tags checked after Shopify’s August change, GA4 and Shopify reconciled. The diagnosis run in order: tracking, offer, delivery cost, trust, design. Quick fixes live.
DAY 90MOVES NEXT: CONVERSION RATE · COST PER ORDER
Pages, store and flows shipped.
Landing pages live for the running campaigns. Checkout and merchandising fixes in. WhatsApp and email flows running. CRM events flowing back to the ad platforms.
DAY 180MOVES LAST: REPEAT RATE · REVENUE PER SESSION
The path pays on its own.
Conversion rate up across the path, repeat flows paying, tests running only where the volume supports a verdict. Revenue per session reported against month zero.
These markers are how we run the practice, not an industry benchmark. Tracking fixes show within days; conversion changes take weeks of traffic to prove; repeat behaviour takes months.
Case study: Niramaya Soul, Telemedicine and lab testing
Telemedicine and lab testing10x+
A telemedicine and lab testing brand swapped its lead forms for WhatsApp conversations. Monthly revenue grew more than 10x, and every lead got cheaper.
Cost per lead down more than 85%.
Lead forms out. WhatsApp funnel in.

QUESTIONS we get asked.
SOURCED WHERE A SOURCE EXISTS
We get traffic but no sales. Where do we start?
+
In this order: tracking, offer, delivery cost, trust, then design. Most teams start with design. Extra costs at checkout are the top reason for cart abandonment, at 40%, and that is a pricing and shipping fix, not a redesign.

Why does Meta show different purchases than Shopify?
+
Two different gaps. The tracking gap is events that never reach Meta; the attribution gap is Meta claiming orders other channels also claim. Pixel and server events deduplicate on a matching event_id within 48 hours; without that, Meta double counts.

Is Conversions API or server-side tracking worth it at our size?
+
Shopify’s own Meta integration is the baseline and is enough for one platform. Full server-side tracking pays off once you run several ad platforms or need lead and CRM events sent back.
SOURCE: Shopify Help Center, Meta data sharing
Will server-side tracking recover every lost conversion?
+
No. Consent still applies, and ad blockers now block server-side tag subdomains by name. It narrows the gap; it does not close it, and anyone who says otherwise is selling the tag.

Did Shopify’s thank-you page change break our tracking?
+
Possibly. Additional Scripts stopped running on the thank-you and order status pages on 26 August 2026 for non-Plus stores. If your purchase tags lived there, check them now.
Partly. Safari strips click IDs in Private Browsing and in links opened from Mail and Messages; UTMs survive. About 35% of iPhone users opt in to app tracking, so app-side data stays thin.

Should we rebuild the Shopify store or fix what we have?
+
Fix what you have unless theme and app debt is blocking speed, tracking or merchandising. A rebuild is a last resort with a migration risk attached, not a first move.
SOURCE: eCommerce Fastlane
Will a redesign or migration hurt our SEO?
+
Only if redirects, metadata or leftover noindex tags are mishandled. The redirect map is written before anything moves, and every old URL gets a 301.

Do we have enough traffic to A/B test?
+
You need roughly a couple hundred orders per variant to get a verdict. Below that, research-led fixes beat tests, and we tell you which of the two you are getting.

Is WhatsApp marketing worth it?
+
Strong in India and the UAE. Meta bills per message since 1 July 2025, and marketing messages to US numbers have been paused since 1 April 2025, so the flows are built market by market.

Can you track which leads become revenue?
+
Yes. Qualified-lead and closed-deal events go from your CRM back to Google and Meta, so the platforms optimise for the leads that paid, not the ones that filled a form.

Who owns the store, code and customer lists?
+
You, from day one, including theme licences, which Shopify ties to the store itself.
